facing

Praxis shows that deep feelings are a treasure but who do they happen too? Praxis does not point directly to the identity of the person experiencing the feelings but the feelings themselves do - not as a description, but as directly perceived personal truth.

When the looking of Praxis has taken root, a new attitude towards being alive will start to blossom. My description for this new attitude is - "turning my face into the wind". It is the other side of the coin of which dog you feed and goes hand-in-hand with it. Freedom is not about making choices, it is about finding courage. You cannot find courage through decisions. You find courage by "facing" your feelings . . . . all of them, all the time.
