introduces Praxis, a series of techniques for exploring the mysteries of
being alive, for finding the truth of things. The most wonderful things, are in the easiest
place to look, yet can be so difficult to find. To dig a hole, you
use a shovel but what tool would you use to look
inside your own heart and mind? It is best to have a method of
looking and Praxis is the best method I know.
